Method of payment
PAYMENT
The Buyer can pay the ordered items with delivery costs to the Seller by direct debit, internet banking or credit card.
If you pay by direct debit or online banking by calling a number, it is necessary to copy the call to the number you received in the e-mail with all the information about the order and enter your name and surname in the description of the payment.
If you pay by credit card, you can pay with one of the following cards: Maestro, Visa, MasterCard, Visa Premium and Diners.
If you do not make the payment within 48 hours of sending the order, the order is considered invalid and deleted.

NOVE BOJE ZVUKA doo undertakes to protect the personal data of customers, in such a way that it collects only the necessary, basic data about customers/users that are necessary for the fulfillment of our obligations; informs customers about the way the collected data is used, regularly gives customers a choice about the use of their data, including the ability to decide whether or not they want their name removed from lists used for marketing campaigns. All user data is strictly kept and is available only to employees who need this data to perform their work. All employees of NOVA BOJE ZVUKA doo and business partners are responsible for respecting the principles of privacy protection.
Delivery conditions
On the NOVE BOJE ZVUKA doo Zagreb webshop, delivery from the Seller to the Buyer is carried out by a delivery service chosen by NOVE BOJE ZVUKA doo Zagreb throughout the territory of Croatia. Delivery is free for orders over 70 EUR. For orders less than EUR 70, delivery is paid by the customer, depending on the place of residence and the weight of the product.
At the moment when the customer has finalized the order on NOVE BOJE ZVUKA doo Zagreb Koferi.hr webshop, he receives a notification and invoice via e-mail.
The products must be adequately packed for the transport of goods.
Adequate packaging of the shipment means placing the contents of the shipment in appropriate packaging (wrapper, box, suitcase, etc.) in order to prevent damage or reduction of its contents or the contents of other shipments during transportation.
The packaging must correspond to the content and form of the shipment, the size, weight and value of the shipment, as well as the conditions and length of the route on which it is being transported.

Terms of returns and complaints
NOVE BOJE ZVUKA doo Zagreb mediates complaints from the buyer to the supplier in such a way that the NOVE BOJE ZVUKA doo Zagreb webshop portal is a communication channel through which information about complaints goes from the buyer to the sellers.
A complaint from the Customer is timely if it is submitted within the legal term of 14 days from the date of receipt of the shipment by the delivery service of NOVA BOJE ZVUKA doo Zagreb webshop.
The seller undertakes to accept all complaints from the buyer within the legal term provided for online trading and to bear the delivery costs.
In the event that the Buyer, before receiving the shipment, abandons the purchase for any reason within the legal term, NOVA BOJE ZVUKA doo Zagreb will return the entire amount of payment to the Buyer minus any shipping costs already incurred.
The responsibility of NOVA BOJE ZVUKA doo Zagreb refers only to the responsibility of the trade representative and the obligations established in these General Terms and Conditions. Disputes arising from the Sales Agreement are resolved by the Seller and the Buyer. NOVE BOJE ZVUKA doo Zagreb disclaims responsibility for everything that is not covered by the obligation of the trade representative from the Trade Representation Agreement concluded with the Seller and these General Terms and Conditions.
After receiving the goods, the buyer can return the received goods to the seller within 14 days under the following conditions:
If he returns the unpackaged product in the original packaging, the buyer bears the costs of delivery and shipping, and the seller will refund the entire purchase price paid for the product.
If he returns an unpacked product that he has not used and the original packaging, the buyer bears the shipping and handling costs, and the seller will return the paid purchase price for the product less 20%.
If he returns a used product, the buyer bears the shipping and handling costs, and the seller will return the paid purchase price for the product minus 50%.
If the customer ordered a product that was ordered exclusively for him, there is no possibility of returning the product, except in the case of a product complaint
The seller determines which category the returned product belongs to after the buyer returns it.
The seller has no obligation to take back the product that is damaged after it has been taken over by the buyer, and he has no obligation to return the paid purchase price.
SALE PRODUCTS are not subject to return, unless they have visible damage.
IN -EAR Headphones are not subject to return if they have been opened or used.
GRAMOPHONE NEEDLES are not subject to return.
The seller has no obligation to take back the product that does not have a warranty and all the related documentation that was in the product after it was taken over by the buyer, and he has no obligation to return the paid purchase price.
In the event that the Buyer orders goods and refuses to receive them, the Seller has the right to ask the Buyer for reimbursement of postal and handling costs.
We can issue a refund only after the goods have been returned to us or within 30 days of the approval of the refund.
In order to exercise the right to unilateral termination, the consumer must provide the trader with a written notice stating that he is terminating the contract. The notification must be written on a permanent medium and contain the information indicated below. and it can be delivered as a letter sent by post or electronic mail.
The right to unilaterally terminate the contract starts from the date of delivery, i.e. the date for personal collection of the shipment.
LIABILITY FOR MATERIAL DEFECTS
NOVE BOJE ZVUKA doo Zagreb is responsible for material defects of the product in accordance with the Obligations Act (Articles 400-422).
NOVE BOJE ZVUKA doo Zagreb is responsible for the material defects of the items it had at the time of the transfer of risk to the Buyer, regardless of whether he was aware of this. NOVE BOJE ZVUKA doo Zagreb is also responsible for those material defects that appear after the transfer of risk to the Customer if they are the result of a cause that existed before that. It is assumed that a defect that appeared within six months of the transfer of risk existed at the time of the transfer of risk, unless NOVE BOJE ZVUKA doo Zagreb proves otherwise or the contrary arises from the nature of the matter or the nature of the defect. NOVE BOJE ZVUKA doo Zagreb is not responsible for minor material defects.
THERE IS A MATERIAL LACK:
· if the thing does not have the necessary properties for its regular use or for traffic,
· if the item does not have the necessary properties for the special use for which the Buyer is purchasing it, which was known to NOVE BOJE ZVUKA doo Zagreb or must have been known to him
· if the thing does not have properties and characteristics that are explicitly or tacitly contracted, that is, prescribed,
· when NOVE BOJE ZVUKA doo Zagreb handed over an item that is not the same as the sample or model, unless the sample or model was shown only for information purposes,
· if the item does not have properties that normally exist in other items of the same type and which the Buyer could reasonably expect based on the nature of the item, especially taking into account the public statements of NOVA BOJE ZVUKA doo Zagreb, the manufacturer and their representatives about the properties of the item (advertisements, labeling of items, etc. .),
· if the item is improperly assembled, provided that the assembly service is included in the fulfillment of the sales contract,
· if improper assembly is due to deficiencies in the assembly instructions.
· if the Buyer, based on the statements of the manufacturer or his representative, expected the existence of certain properties of the thing, the defect is not taken into account if NOVE BOJE ZVUKA doo Zagreb did not know or had to know about these statements, or these statements were refuted by the time of the conclusion of the contract or did not influence the Buyer's decision to conclude the contract.
NOVE BOJE ZVUKA doo Zagreb is not responsible for defects if they were known to the Buyer at the time of the conclusion of the contract or could not have remained unknown to him. NOVE BOJE ZVUKA doo Zagreb is also not responsible for defects that the buyer could have easily noticed if he stated that the item has no defects or that the item has certain characteristics or features.
NOTICE ON HOW TO SUBMIT A CONSUMER COMPLAINT
Pursuant to Article 10 of the Law on Consumer Protection (Official Gazette No. 41/14), we inform consumers that they can express their dissatisfaction with the purchased product or service by submitting a complaint in writing at our business premises, whereupon we will confirm receipt of the complaint in writing without delay.

The complaint must contain the name and surname of the complainant, the address for delivery of the response and the date of submission of the complaint.

NOVE BOJE ZVUKA doo Zagreb is authorized, without prior notice, to change the content of these Terms of Purchase, product range, prices thereof, other information related to the WebShop as well as all other content of the NOVE BOJE ZVUKA doo Zagreb webshop, which is why Users of NOVE BOJE ZVUKA doo Zagreb webshop are obliged to review the content of the same website each time they visit it. Notice of unilateral termination of the contract
The consumer may, without giving a reason, unilaterally terminate the contract, within 14 days from the date of conclusion of the contract or upon its receipt.
The right to unilaterally terminate the contract starts from the date of delivery, i.e. from the date of personal collection of the shipment.
In order to exercise the right to unilateral termination, the consumer must provide the trader with a written notice stating that he is terminating the contract. The notification must be written on a permanent medium and contain the information indicated below, and can be delivered as a letter sent by post or electronic mail.
If the consumer exercises his right to unilateral termination, he will not bear the costs incurred in this connection except for the direct costs of returning the goods. We can issue a refund only after the goods have been returned to us or after you provide us with proof that you sent the goods back to us.
The notice of unilateral termination of the contract must contain the following information:

A customer is any person who orders a product electronically. NOVE BOJE ZVUKA doo Zagreb reserves the right not to charge and deliver the product to the customer if there is suspicion of fraud, if the customer is notified by e-mail or phone call.
NOVE BOJE ZVUKA doo Zagreb reserves the right not to charge and deliver the product to the customer if it is not possible to contact the customer.
NOVE BOJE ZVUKA doo Zagreb reserves the right not to charge and deliver the product to the customer if the address does not exist or the product cannot be delivered to that address based on the information provided.
If it becomes impossible to deliver the selected product by NOVA BOJE ZVUKA doo Zagreb due to the fact that the product is currently not in stock or we can no longer order it from the supplier, we are obliged to inform the customer in writing, and the customer can then decide:
- if he wants to cancel the order, in which case neither payment nor delivery will be realized;
- accept the new delivery date, if we can order the product from the supplier and then we must inform the customer about the expected delivery date;
- if we cannot order an identical product from the supplier under identical conditions, then we can offer the customer a replacement product with similar characteristics, at the then valid price for that product.

PRICES
Prices are expressed in Euro (EUR), include VAT, are valid for all payment methods at the time of purchase.
The price of goods is determined for each product individually. The process of entering the price on the page for each product is subject to multi-level control, but regardless of this, there is a possibility of error because it is a human factor, and by the nature of things, it cannot be an automatic entry.
Such situations are extraordinary and for them he apologizes to his customers in advance because he will be forced to inform them about the situation, the wrong price for a certain product and the impossibility of delivery according to the customer's specific order.
SALE

These products will be available under the same conditions to all customers or will be available to customers of a certain, precisely specified group. The conditions of the special sale will be described in detail, especially the duration of the special sale, the limit of the quantity of goods, the amount of the discount, etc.
After the expiry of the promotional sale period, the company NOVE BOJE ZVUKA doo Zagreb will not accept new orders under the conditions related to the expired promotional sale.
CONTRACT TERMINATION
In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, you are authorized to unilaterally terminate a contract (for example, a contract for the purchase of an individual product) without giving reasons within 14 days from the date of delivery of the product, i.e. the last product from the order.

You can terminate the contract using the mentioned form or by any other unequivocal statement in which you express your will to terminate the contract on a durable medium.
In case of termination of the contract, each party is obliged to return to the other what it received on the basis of the contract, in accordance with the provisions of the Law on Consumer Protection. We will reimburse you after the goods have been returned to us. You must return the goods to us without delay, and no later than within 14 days from the day you notified us of the unilateral termination of the contract.
You are obliged to bear the direct costs of returning the goods yourself.
In particular, we note that you are responsible for any decrease in the value of the goods resulting from the handling of the goods, except for that which was necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and functionality of the goods. By accepting these general conditions, you have also accepted the provisions of the aforementioned rulebook.
The right to unilateral termination of the contract is excluded by law in several cases.
